Prior to Darby Finance, Shelia served as the Assistant Treasurer of Transocean and held various valuation, finance and strategy roles at ConocoPhillips, AGL Resources and Enron Corporation.
Shelia holds an MBA from Rice University, a BBA from Baylor University, and professional certifications from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, including the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF) designations.

Her proven strength at synthesizing complex financial and strategic information into clear, concise and compelling messages enables her energy clients to communicate more effectively with investors and other external and internal constituents. Aimee served as Director of Investor Relations at Phillips 66, held investor relations, corporate finance and strategic planning roles at ConocoPhillips, and worked as an equity research analyst at Simmons & Company, International.
Aimee holds an MBA from Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University.
