She has designed numerous dynamic, easy-to-use financial and valuation models to better facilitate investment decisions. Her proven aptitude to critically evaluate opportunities is a core strength enabling her clients to achieve outstanding results. Prior to Darby Finance, Shelia served as the Assistant Treasurer of Transocean and held various valuation, finance and strategy roles at ConocoPhillips, AGL Resources and Enron Corporation.
Shelia is a member of Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce and Women's Energy Network Executive Group. Shelia is a certified P.M.P., holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Baylor University and an MBA from Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Management.

Aimee served as Director of Investor Relations at Phillips 66, held investor relations, corporate finance and strategic planning roles at ConocoPhillips, and worked as an equity research analyst at Simmons & Company, International.
Aimee holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University and an MBA from Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Management.
